Chairman Trisciani called the meeting to order.

The Clerk called the roll.

Present: Aldermen Trisciani, Bonilla, Kaw-uh (late) Kantor

Absent: Aldermen Sapienza

  1. Communication from Kate Waldo, Parks Project Manager, requesting approval of a community mural for the existing press box at Cullerot Park.

Alderman Bonilla: Due to the time sensitivity of this request, especially with colder weather right around the corner, I think it is imperative that work begins on this mural as soon as possible.

On motion of Alderman Kantor, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted to approve.

On motion of Alderman Bonilla, duly seconded by Alderman Kantor, it was voted to expedite the committee's report to the full Board.

  1. Communication from Rob Robinson, EPD Chief Engineer, requesting approval to execute a Declaration of Covenants and Conservation Restrictions with the NH Department of Environmental Services in order to protect a stream located on a portion of the City's Bridge Street Extension facility.

Alderman Kaw-uh arrived at 4:46PM.

On motion of Alderman Kantor, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted to approve.

  1. Communication from Attorney John L. Arnold on behalf of the Derryfield School, requesting approval to enter into a Revocable License Agreement with the City relating to the school's proposed use of City land on and adjacent to the now discontinued portion of River Road, and the school's maintenance of the landscaping within the proposed traffic circle at the intersection of Bicentennial Drive and River Road.

Chairman Trisciani: I spoke to DPW and they are in favor of this. Also, Derryfield School has paid a portion of the matching grant for this project.

On motion of Alderman Kaw-uh, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted to approve.
