September 1, 2026 Immediately Following Committee on Administration

Chairman Goonan called the meeting to order.

The Clerk called the roll.

Present: Aldermen Goonan, Sapienza, O'Neil, Burkush

Absent: Alderman Vincent

Communication from the Human Resources Director requesting the creation and addition of one (1) full-time Payroll Administrator II position, grade 117, to the department's complement.

On motion of Alderman O'Neil, duly seconded by Alderman Burkush, it was voted to approve.

On motion of Alderman O'Neil, duly seconded by Alderman Sapienza, it was voted to expedite the committee's report to the full Board.

Communication from the Human Resources Director requesting that one (1) Benefits Manager position be modified from grade 118 to grade 119, and that the position's class specification be updated.

On motion of Alderman Burkush, duly seconded by Alderman Sapienza, it was voted to approve.

On motion of Alderman O'Neil, duly seconded by Alderman Burkush, it was voted to expedite the committee's report to the full Board.
