Mayor Ruais called the meeting to order.

The Clerk called the roll.

Present: Aldermen Kaw-uh, Goonan, Dexter, Fajardo, Bonilla, Kantor, Trisciani, O’Neil, Terrio, Sapienza, Burkush, Barry, Vincent, Thomas

1. Resolutions:

  • "Amending the FY2027 Community Improvement Program, authorizing and appropriating funds in the amount of Thirty-Three Thousand Dollars ($33,000) for the FY2027 CIPC300040327 Hazardous Materials Grant."
  • "Amending the FY2026 Community Improvement Program, authorizing and appropriating funds in the amount of Twenty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Five Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($23,605.99) for the FY2026 CIP C410021726 Oral Health Program."

On motion of Alderman O’Neil, duly seconded by Alderman Burkush, it was that the Budget Authorizations be approved subject to final adoption of related Resolutions.

Matthew Normand, City Clerk: As we mentioned earlier, five minutes ago, that bond has been referred to the committee. That's a vote that needs to be taken so that it comes back and lays over.

Bond Resolution:

"Authorizing Bonds, Notes or Lease Purchases in the amount of Twenty Seven Thousand Dollars ($27,000) for the 2026 CIP C330040426 Women’s Locker Room Expansion."

On motion of Alderman Burkush, duly seconded by Alderman Barry, it was voted to read by title only.

On motion of Alderman Burkush, duly seconded by Alderman Barry, it was voted that the Bond Resolution ought to pass and layover.

There being no further business, on motion of Alderman Burkush, duly seconded by Alderman Sapienza, it was voted to adjourn.
