Chairman Trisciani called the meeting to order.

The Clerk called the roll.

Present: Aldermen Trisciani, Bonilla, Kaw-uh, Kantor

Absent: Alderman Sapienza

1. Communication from the owner of 281 Bodwell Road requesting to purchase 2.09 acres of city-owned land at Lot 885-1.

On motion of Alderman Bonilla, duly seconded by Alderman Kaw-uh, it was voted unanimously by all members present on a roll call vote to enter into non-public session pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II(d) for consideration of property acquisition, sale or lease of real or personal property which, if discussed in public, would likely benefit a party or parties whose interests are adverse to those of the general community.

Chairman Trisciani called the meeting back to order.

On motion of Alderman Kaw-uh, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted to seal the minutes of the non-public session so that the proposed actions and decisions reached in non-public session are not rendered ineffective.

On motion of Alderman Bonilla, duly seconded by Alderman Kantor, it was voted to receive and file the request, and further that the property not be deemed surplus at this time.

TABLED ITEM

2. Communication from Attorney Andrew Sullivan on behalf of his client, 784 Corning Road LLC, requesting to purchase land at 784 Corning Road via private sale. (Note: Tabled on March 17, 2026, on request of Attorney Sullivan.)

This item remained on the table.

Chairman Trisciani: With the indulgence of the committee, we do have new business that we'd like to address.

On motion of Alderman Kaw-uh, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted to entertain new business.

Chairman Trisciani: You all received an email, and we have been asked to look at entering into a memorandum of understanding with the Janesville Neighbors Community Group for the acceptance of a gift of planters which would beautify the section which is near Central High School. And the reason this is coming before us tonight as new business is obviously the weather is getting nicer. There's a process to go through. They'd like to order the planters as soon as possible. And we have Alderman Fajardo here if anybody has any questions about this project.

On motion of Alderman Bonilla, duly seconded by Alderman Kaw-uh, it was voted to approve.

Chairman Trisciani: I would like to ask for another motion. Given that this is time sensitive, and we took it up as new business, would we have a motion to report this out this evening to the full board?

On motion of Alderman Kaw-uh, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted unanimously by all members present to expedite the committee's report to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.

There being no further business, on motion of Alderman Kantor, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted to adjourn.
