Chairman Vincent called the meeting to order.

The Clerk called the roll.

Present: Aldermen Vincent, Goonan, Dexter, Barry

Absent: Alderman Thomas

  1. The Traffic Division has submitted an agenda which needs to be addressed: CROSSWALK On Harrison Street, west of Ash Street Alderman Goonan

On motion of Alderman Barry, duly seconded by Alderman Goonan, it was voted to approve.

  1. Discussion on a proposal regarding Ordinance 150.061 Sidewalks and Other Areas.

Chairman Vincent: After looking at the piece of paper and the reference to the ordinances, I want to make a motion to receive and file with the intent to further discuss with the Planning Department as well as DPW, just to make sure that we're fixing everything the right way and we're not rushing into something based on a one-week notice.

On motion of Alderman Vincent, duly seconded by Alderman Barry, it was voted to receive and file.

There being no further business, on motion of Alderman Barry, duly seconded by Alderman Dexter, it was voted to adjourn.
