The Clerk called the meeting to order.

The Clerk called the roll.

On motion of W. Houghton, duly seconded by M. Gagnon, it was voted to accept the voter checklist additions, deletions, and changes.

There being no further business, on a motion of W. Houghton, duly seconded by M. Gagnon, it was voted to adjourn.
