COMMITTEE ON ADMINISTRATION/INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Vice Chairman Kantor called the meeting to order.

The Clerk called the roll.

Present: Aldermen Fajardo, Kantor, Bonilla, Kaw-uh, Sapienza

  1. Communication from Keach-Nordstrom Associates, Inc., on behalf of their client, Central St 289 LLC, requesting approval of an air rights lease for its building at 139 Central Street.

On motion of Alderman Kaw-uh, duly seconded by Alderman Sapienza, it was voted to approve.

There being no further business, on motion of Alderman Kantor, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted to adjourn.
