Chairman Trisciani called the meeting to order.

The Clerk called the roll.

Present: Aldermen Trisciani, Terrio, Fajardo, Kantor, Dexter

  1. Ordinance Amendment:

"Amending Section 70.78 Basic Penalty of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Manchester to include updated parking and other citations."

On motion of Alderman Dexter, duly seconded by Alderman Fajardo, it was voted that the Ordinance Amendment ought to pass and be referred to the Committee on Accounts, Enrollment & Revenue Administration.

TABLED ITEM

  1. Ordinance Amendment:

"Amending Section 33.081 Sick Leave (D) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Manchester to change the terms of sick leave use." (Note: Tabled on June 2, 2026, at the request of the Human Resources Department.)

There being no further business, on motion of Alderman Fajardo, duly seconded by Alderman Dexter, it was voted to adjourn.
