Chairman Vincent called the meeting to order.

The Clerk called the roll.

Present: Aldermen Vincent, Goonan, Dexter, Barry, Bonilla

  1. The Traffic Division has submitted an agenda which needs to be addressed:

Handicap Parking- Tow Zone

On Stark St, north side, from a point 196 feet west of Hampshire Lane to a point 24 feet west

Alderman Dexter

Rescind Handicap Parking – Tow Zone

On Stark St, north side, from Hampshire Lane to a point 18 feet west (ORD6767)

Alderman Dexter

On motion of Alderman Barry, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted to approve.

  1. Communication from Faye Morrison, Parking Manager, requesting authorization to enter into an agreement with MacKay Meters for on-street parking meters.

On motion of Alderman Goonan, duly seconded by Alderman Dexter, it was voted to approve.

  1. Communication from the Parking Manager requesting an increase in parking fees and other citations.

On motion of Alderman Dexter, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted that the Ordinance Amendment ought to pass and be referred to the Committee on Bills on Second Reading for technical review.

  1. Communication from Phil Alexakos, Deputy Public Health Director, requesting changes to the composition of the Lead Exposure Prevention Commission.

On motion of Alderman Barry, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted that the Ordinance Amendment ought to pass and be referred to the Committee on Bills on Second Reading for technical review.

On motion of Alderman Barry, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted to expedite the committee's report.

There being no further business, on motion of Alderman Barry, duly seconded by Alderman Goonan, it was voted to adjourn.
