Chairman Fajardo called the meeting to order.

The Clerk called the roll.

Present: Aldermen Fajardo, Kantor, Bonilla, Kaw-uh, Sapienza

1. Communication from Desmel Cooper of Real Rights Enterprise LLC requesting a hearing to discuss the decision to deny his application for a peddler license in the City of Manchester.

On motion of Alderman Fajardo, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted unanimously on a roll call vote to enter into non-public session pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II(c) for matters which, if discussed in public, would likely affect adversely the reputation of any person, other than a member of this board.

Chairman Fajardo called the meeting back to order.

On motion of Alderman Kaw-uh, duly seconded by Alderman Bonilla, it was voted to seal the minutes of the non-public session so that the proposed actions and decisions reached in non-public session are not rendered ineffective.

On motion of Alderman Fajardo, duly seconded by Alderman Sapienza, it was voted to uphold the decision of the Office of the City Clerk to deny a peddler license to Real Rights Enterprise LLC.

There being no further business, on motion of Alderman Bonilla, duly seconded by Alderman Sapienza, it was voted to adjourn.
