Committee on Bills on Second Reading

Dónde
One City Hall Plaza, Manchester, NH 03101

Qué se decidió

The committee reviewed a request from Alderman Kaw-uh to amend the Housing Code to require at least one window per unit in newly certified residential dwelling units, but voted to receive and file it because recent state legislation prevents action. The committee also voted that an ordinance amendment creating a §35.0353 Welfare Reserve Account, meant to offset unanticipated deficits in the Welfare operating budget, ought to pass and referred it to the Committee on Accounts, Enrollment & Revenue Administration.
